Welcome to KC Home Reset. By booking services with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Services Provided

KC Home Reset provides residential cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.

All services are performed by independent cleaning providers scheduled through KC Home Reset.


2. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked through our website or approved communication channels.

Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition, size, or scope of the home differs from what was submitted.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to charge the card on file for completed services or applicable fees.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.


4. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled time.

If cleaners are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

Pets must be secured or safely managed during service.


5. Condition of Home

Homes should be in a condition that allows cleaning to be performed safely and effectively.

Excessive clutter, hazardous conditions, or biohazards may result in service refusal or additional charges.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean of affected areas.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.


7. Damages & Liability

Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

KC Home Reset is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Items not secured or improperly installed

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.


8. Independent Contractors

All cleaning services are performed by independent contractors. KC Home Reset facilitates scheduling, communication, and quality standards but is not the direct employer of cleaning providers.


9. Pricing Adjustments

Pricing is based on estimated home size, condition, and service type.

Additional charges may apply for:

Heavy buildup or excessive dirt

Add-on services

Inaccurate booking details


10. Photos & Marketing

KC Home Reset may take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing purposes.
No personally identifiable information will be shared without consent.


11. SMS & Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from KC Home Reset, including:

Appointment confirmations

Service updates

Promotional messages

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages.


12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or unreasonable requests.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
